PURCHASE ISSUES

The sale of apartments is conducted based on a trust account.

This means that payments to the developer will occur in appropriate installments corresponding to the given stage of construction. Payments are made to an individual, open trust account specially created for the given Buyer in the bank.

The developer has the right to withdraw funds from this account only when they prove that they have completed a given stage of construction. This fact is verified by a specialized construction company employed by the bank.

After this time, when the loan is arranged, we go to the notary to sign the so-called developer agreement. This agreement will specify the payment installments.
