The bankruptcy trustee announces that until October 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM, written offers can be submitted for the purchase of a land property built with a residential building, constituting plot number 827/6 in the Wieliczka district with an area of 0.0194 ha and a 4/40 share in plot number 827/14 in the Wieliczka district with an area of 0.0459 ha. The properties are located in Wieliczka at 16 F. Chopin Street, Wieliczka municipality, Wielicki district, Malopolskie province. Plot number 827/6 is covered by land and mortgage register number KR1I/00034879/7, while plot number 827/14 is covered by land and mortgage register number KR1I/00029657/7. The aforementioned land and mortgage registers are maintained by the III Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Wieliczka. The sale will take place by private treaty through the trustee after selecting the buyer from among the bidders participating in the written competition, for the highest price, not lower than the starting price of 1,094,800.00 PLN (in words: one million ninety-four thousand eight hundred).
