U10, announces an unlimited written tender for the establishment of separate ownership of a plot of land built with a single-family residential building in a free-standing development, located in Radom at ul. Odrodzenia 87, covering plots no. 19/36, 22/28.

Starting price of the property: 798,300 PLN

Written offers stating the proposed purchase price must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked:

"Tender – ul. Odrodzenia"

at the Real Estate Office at ul. Mlynarska 10 lok. U10, on:

June 19, 2025, from 09:00 to 12:00.

from June 26, 2025, to July 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

REGULATIONS OF THE TENDER

- Organizer of the tender: Real Estate Office, ul. Mlynarska 10 lok. U10, 26-600 Radom.

- Subject of the tender: A plot of land built with a single-family residential building in a free-standing development, located in Radom at ul. Odrodzenia 87, plots no. 19/36, 22/28.

- Form of the tender: Unlimited written tender.

- Conditions for participation in the tender:

- The tender participant submits an offer in a closed envelope marked "Tender – ul. Odrodzenia".

- The offer must include:

• first and last name (or company name) of the bidder,

• address and contact details, PHONE

• proposed purchase price (gross),

• signature of the bidder or authorized representative.

- Deadline and place for submitting offers: Offers must be submitted in person or by an authorized representative on July 31, 2025, from 09:00 to 17:00, at the Real Estate Office at ul. Mlynarska 10 lok. U10 in Radom.

- Tender resolution:

- Opening of offers will take place without the participation of bidders after the submission deadline.

- The offer with the highest price will be selected.

- Bidders will be informed of the tender results by phone or email within 3 business days.

- Contract conclusion:

- A preliminary agreement or sales agreement in the form of a notarial deed will be signed with the bidder whose offer is selected.

- Notarial and tax costs are covered by the buyer.

- Final provisions:

- The organizer reserves the right to:

• cancel the tender without giving reasons,

• withdraw from signing a contract with the bidder without stating reasons.

- Participation in the tender means acceptance of the conditions of these regulations.
