The subject of sale is the ownership of the property constituting residential premises No. 8 located in Warsaw at ul. Flory 3, for which the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotow in Warsaw, X Department of Land and Mortgage Registers, maintains a land and mortgage register under the number: WA4M/00427633/0 along with participation in the common property (hereinafter referred to as the Subject of Sale). The starting price of the Subject of Sale is PLN 7,100,000.00 (in words: seven million one hundred thousand zlotys and 00/100) gross. The sale is exempt from VAT based on Article 43(1)(10) of the Goods and Services Tax Act.
