Subject of sale: ownership of a residential property constituting a separate residential unit no. 63, located in Krakow at ul. plk Francesco Nullo 15, for which a land and mortgage register is maintained by the District Court for Krakow - Podgorze in Krakow, KW no. The date of crediting the bankruptcy estate account with the full amount of the deposit is decisive. 4. All costs related to the preparation of the sale agreement are borne by the bidder.
