1. Purpose of the area: area for single-family residential development (dominant function) and services. Only non-intrusive services are allowed. The independent occurrence of single-family residential function is permitted. On the area 16-MN/U, the independent occurrence of service function is permitted.
2. Rules for shaping new development and land development indicators:
1) form of development: detached. On the areas 9-MN/U, 12-MN/U, 13-MN/U, 15-MN/U, and 16-MN/U, duplex development is allowed. Garages built-in or added to the building structure are permitted;
2) building lines: non-crossing building lines, according to the plan drawing;
