Okrzei 44 – a building designed with 5 commercial premises and 40 residential units of varying sizes. THE BUILDING WILL HAVE AN ELEVATOR. It is planned to have 5 floors. The ground floor will contain commercial premises, while the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors will have residential units of approximately 26 m2 (with the possibility of separating a bedroom), larger 2-room units (approximately 37-41 m2), and 3-room units (approximately 52 m2). This law comprehensively protects consumer interests through mandatory trust accounts, as well as extending liability for property defects to five years. Trust accounts guarantee that no funds will be transferred to the developer without the appropriate scope of work being completed, and if the investment is not realized, they will be fully returned to the payer.
