ENVIRONMENT

The house is located in the Częstochowa County, Mstów commune, in the village of Pniaki Mokrzeskie about 24 km from the center of Częstochowa.
Access to the house is via an asphalt road, and our eyes are pleased with the view from the window of the forest and the grill gazebo.

PLOT

The property with a usable area of approx. 200 m2 is situated on a plot of 6270 m2. On the plot, besides the house of approx. 200 m², there is also a utility building with an area of 282 m² covered with metal, which can accommodate two cars. Besides the garage, the rest of the rooms currently serve as a workshop, while the potential and space allow for various uses in the future. We also have a large grill gazebo with a chimney and grill, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, and behind the gazebo, there is a pond with a forest where we can collect mushrooms or raise fish. This allows us to enjoy the benefits of nature and also utilize the potential of the place and buildings for service, office, tourist, or other activities.

BUILDING

Upon entering, we find ourselves in a vestibule, from which we have access to a wardrobe and a bathroom and toilet. It was added in later years, is about 45 m², and its height is over 3 meters. This is a great space to arrange with a view of the garden. The living room and room have air conditioners.

Wide and comfortable stairs lead to the upper floor. The upper floor consists of two bathrooms, two spacious rooms, and a corridor that also leads to the attic. Currently, one of the bathrooms is without tiles and prepared for new ones. One of the rooms was enlarged by demolishing the wall, as it was previously two smaller rooms.

On the next level, there is an attic across the entire width of the house, an ideal place to store necessary items.

The basements have small windows and are under the entire building, consisting of four separate rooms, currently used as a room, laundry, and two utility rooms.

Available utilities: gas, electricity, water, power brought to the utility building. Currently, a septic tank is used, but sewage is to be brought in. Heating is by an eco-pea coal stove, but there is also a gas installation, just install a stove.
