The deposits of the remaining participants will be returned within 3 days from the date of closing or canceling the auction. 16. In case the participant who won the auction withdraws from concluding the sale agreement within the time specified in the notification, the deposit will be forfeited to the Municipality of Orzysz. 17. The organizer of the auction will notify the participant who won the auction about the place and date of the notarial deed of sale within 21 days from the date of the auction resolution. 18. The buyer should pay the auction price before concluding the notarial deed to the account specified in the auction protocol no later than the day before signing the notarial deed. 19. The costs of the notarial deed are borne by the buyer. 20. The marking of the property boundaries will be done at the buyer's expense and effort. 21.
