Usable area:
Attention, now important. The usable area of the apartment (this is always the case with apartments with a mezzanine, our apartment is no exception) is about 60m, which means that purchasing this property is intended largely for cash clients or those with a large down payment for a loan. Buying an apartment without a mezzanine with such area, you will pay rent twice as high, thus the savings on rent annually is about 10-12 thousand compared to an apartment without a mezzanine of such area. The height of the rooms upstairs is about 2.20-2.30m, so the difference is unnoticeable.
Advantages:
The apartment has many advantages. From every room upstairs, there is access to the terrace that surrounds the entire apartment.
