ANNOUNCES A UNLIMITED WRITTEN TENDER FOR THE SALE

of the right of perpetual use of undeveloped land consisting of plots no. 51,52,271,272,278 from the area 40909; 40910, with an area of 2289 m2, for which the District Court for Warsaw Mokotow in Warsaw IX Land Registry Department maintains land register KW no. WA3M/00184196/1.

The property is located at ul. Wolinska/Wyspowa (Targowek district), in an area covered by the local spatial development plan - multi-family and single-family development marked with the symbol MW+MNI 5.

Starting price of the property: 3,690,000.00 PLN net, to which VAT at the rate of 23% should be added

Deposit: 369,000.00 PLN

The tax consequences of the sale will be determined by the Cooperative in accordance with the regulations in force on the date of the sale agreement. Documents and the subject of the tender can be viewed after prior arrangement of the date with the announcer. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes by September 30, 2025, by 3:00 PM at the Notary Office of Artur Szadkowski, Sylwia Dolega Notaries in Warsaw at ul. Woloska 78 lok. 2 (postal code 02-507). The opening of offers will take place at the Notary Office on October 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM. A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of the deposit to the Cooperative's bank account no. 71 1160 2202 0000 0003 0220 8458. The payment date means the date of crediting the payment to the account. The deposit paid by the participant who wins the tender will be credited towards the purchase price. The deposit can only be paid from the offeror's bank account. The rules for the return or forfeiture of the deposit, payment of the purchase price, and conclusion of the notarial deed are specified in the Tender Regulations. The offer is binding for 2 months from the date of the tender resolution. Before participating in the tender, one should familiarize themselves with its detailed conditions contained in the written tender regulations published on the Cooperative's website.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving a reason.
