* roofs with a slope angle of the main roof planes of no more than 12 degrees;
The draft of the Local Spatial Development Plan has not yet undergone formal-legal procedures, so the above provisions may change, and individual applications for their change can be submitted, e.g. increasing the building height to 3 floors.
Examples of permissible investments:
1. Office services, law firms, accounting offices, insurance agencies, consulting firms, design studios.
2. Health services (without permanent residence) medical and dental offices, clinics (without 24-hour care function with overnight accommodation), physiotherapy offices, cosmetology and aesthetic medicine offices.

6. Administrative and public services branches of offices, postal facilities, resident service points.
