Full ownership with a established land and mortgage register, it can be financed with a loan without issues. The apartment is owned by private individuals, but currently, no one lives there (no registered people). It has an energy certificate and is available immediately. If you expect a rapid interest rate decrease, we are also open to a deposit + final contract postponed a bit in time.
The "Victoria" estate is distinguished by the space between the blocks and the development of the area, including a large amount of greenery, a playground for younger children, and sports areas for older ones.
The bus line to Metro M2 is located right in front of the estate, and another connection is planned from September 1. Very good access from the express road S8 and proximity to the center of Radzymin are additional advantages of this location. Nearby are shops, a health center, a kindergarten, and a church.
