Stanislawa Bodycha 120. The usable area of the residential premises is 47.41 m2. Each owner of the residential premises has the right to ownership of the land (KW no. WA1P/00117020/6) on which the building is located in the proportion of 4741/1087911, as well as the right of co-ownership of all parts of the building and other facilities that serve the common use of all residents in the same proportion.
