The stairwell has just been renovated. Supposedly, the heaters will soon be replaced for free,

The apartment is primarily surrounded by greenery on all sides, on the 1st floor and at a reasonable distance from other buildings: no one looks into our windows, which is not obvious in a tri-city area.

In front is a large parking lot. No problem finding a place even at 20. Right next to the stairwell is also a guarded parking lot, where you can rent a spot exclusively and a garage for a motorcycle (cost about 100 PLN).
