Location-wise, great access to the center or Mordor. The estate is closed, very green and well-kept, with security. There is a playground on the estate, additionally 3 playgrounds in Szczesliwicki Park within a 5-minute walk. In the area, there are numerous nurseries and kindergartens. The apartment has no garage, but there are often rental or sale offers in the block. In my opinion, the apartment requires slight refreshing, renovation, or lifting of the kitchen and sanding of the floor in the living room (the parquet has been sanded once). I am not doing this before the sale so that the new resident can do it to their liking :) I am selling with a heavy heart because unfortunately, the apartment is becoming too small for a family with 2 children.
