The premises are located on the fifth floor (fourth level) of a mixed-use office residential building, situated in the Warsaw district of Srodmiescie and consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. For the residential premises, the District Court for Warsaw - Mokotow X Division of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains a land and mortgage register No. WA4M/00235187/5.

Deadline for submission of offers: by 08.08.2025 at 10:00 AM.

A condition for participation in the tender is the payment until 07.08.2025 of a deposit of 117,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred and seventeen thousand zlotys 00/100) as security for the performance of obligations resulting from the tender.

The opening of offers will take place on 08.08.2025 at 12:00 PM at the NBP headquarters in Warsaw, at 11/21 Swietokrzyska Street.
