This entire ensemble created a cohesive whole, being a conglomerate of various decorative and utility greenery. The oldest part of the park consists of old linden trees, hornbeams, and an oak - a natural monument. This old growth is connected to the rest of the park by several clumps of ash, beech, and linden trees, which further transition into espaliers, alleys, and strips of a forest character. The tree stand of the park, with few exceptions, is healthy and well-developed. This is due, firstly, to the relatively young age (90 -110 years) and secondly, to the good growth conditions for trees on the fertile soil of the park.
