Our houses are made from thick, hand-hewn, full spruce logs (log diameter 40-60 cm), which means that inside the house we have walls made of solid logs, not, for example, paneling, making it unique. Such thick walls cause the house to heat up very quickly in winter and retain heat, while in summer it provides pleasant coolness. The house is planned on 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, well-lit living room with large windows, a fireplace, a dining area, and an open kitchen. Directly from the living room, we go out to a large larch terrace located on the south side, allowing sunbathing from early morning until late afternoon. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with full-wall glazing, allowing for beautiful views right after waking up.
