The syndic of the bankruptcy estate MOGIELKA Restructuring Advisory Ltd., appointed to perform this function in the bankruptcy proceedings pending under case number GD1G/GUp-s/1283/2023 by the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk, VI Economic Department, announces a tender for the sale of a 1/2 share in the ownership of residential premises no. 1, located in Reda at ul. Marii Konopnickiej 29 cl. A, covered by land and mortgage register no. GD1W/00080308/0 kept by the District Court in Wejherowo, IV Division of Land and Mortgage Registers, including a share of 220/10000 in the common property.

Subject of the tender:

The subject of the tender is the above-mentioned share in the property.

The sale and acquisition of property ownership will occur in the condition it is in on the day of sale.

Valuation report:

The valuation report of the property dated August 13, 2024, prepared by Anna Krogulewska, has been submitted to the bankruptcy proceedings under case no. GD1G/GUp-s/1283/2023. A copy is available at the office and is accessible electronically (.pdf).

Starting price:

The starting price is 195,300.00 PLN (in words: one hundred ninety-five thousand three hundred zlotys 00/100).

Deadline for submission of offers:

Offers must be submitted by August 14, 2025, directly to the Syndicate's Office (ul. Dworcowa 8/2, 84-200 Wejherowo), sent by registered mail (the date of receipt counts), or sent electronically to the address: biuro @ mogielka . pl.

Electronic offers must be signed with qualified, personal, or trusted signatures.

Security deposit:

The condition for participation in the tender is payment of a security deposit of 19,530.00 PLN (in words: nineteen thousand five hundred thirty zlotys 00/100) by August 14, 2025.
