NOTICE

regarding the sale of property included in the bankruptcy estate in proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/128/2025 by freehand through a competition of offers.

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate established in bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/128/2025 announces a written competition for offers for the sale of freehand of the bankruptcy estate assets including:

Ownership of the property, constituting a residential unit with an area of 56.93 m2, located in Gdansk, ul. Fundamentowa 3/8, for which the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk III Land and Mortgage Register Department conducts a land and mortgage register no. GD1G/00075633/5,

for a starting price not lower than the market valuation value, i.e., the amount of 417,800.00 PLN (in words: four hundred seventeen thousand eight hundred zlotys 00/100).

CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION OF OFFERS

The detailed conditions of the competition of offers have been specified in the Regulations of the competition of offers, which has been made available for review to interested individuals at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Regulations of the competition of offers are also made available by email by the syndic, upon request. A necessary condition for participation in the competition of offers is, among others, a written statement of acquaintance and acceptance of the conditions of the Regulations of the competition of offers.

• Offers must be submitted by August 4, 2025 in person at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B or by mail (the date of receipt of correspondence at the syndic's office is counted).
• Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner preventing access to their content.

• The deposit in the amount of 42,000.00 PLN (in words: forty-two thousand zlotys 00/100) must be paid via transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Regulations of the competition of offers.
• The deposit must be paid no later than on August 4, 2025 under the threat of the offer being rejected. The deadline for payment is considered the date the deposit is credited to the bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Regulations of the competition of offers.
• The opening and consideration of offers will take place at a public meeting on August 6, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the syndic's office located in Wejherowo ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B.
• The subject of the competition of offers can be viewed, after agreeing on the date of the visit by phone at 602 281 889 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last date for submitting offers.
