I Pulku Ulanow 16, municipality of the City of Slawno, Slawno County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Slawno IV Land Registry Department keeps land and mortgage register no. KO1E/00017458/5 for a price not lower than the estimated value 177,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred seventy-seven thousand zlotys)

This residential property is located on the second floor of the building and consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a WC with a total usable area of 42.27 m2. The residential premises include a cellar.

Ownership of the premises is associated with a share of 1448/10000 of the common property, which constitutes the land and parts of the building and installations that do not serve exclusively for the use of the owners of the premises.

Conditions of sale:

The buyer is obliged to cover the costs related to the conclusion of the sale agreement, and the sale price will be paid in full to the account of the bankruptcy estate before concluding the sale agreement.
