OBJECT OF THE OFFER:

The ownership right to the residential premises located in Kielce at Jagiellonska 60B/22, for which the land and mortgage register no. KI1L/00141915/4 is maintained.

SALE PRICE:

The sale price is 658,000.00 zloty (in words: six hundred fifty-eight thousand) and is non-negotiable.

DESCRIPTION:

The trustee of the bankruptcy estate offers for sale, in the course of free market, an apartment in Kielce at Jagiellonska 60B/22 with an area of 67.75 m2.

The premises are located on the third floor of a ten-story building with an east-southeast exposure. It consists of a living room with a balcony and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a separate WC plus an internal corridor.

The floors in the rooms are covered with panels, while the bathroom, WC and corridor have ceramic tiles. The walls in the rooms and corridor are partially painted, partially wallpapered, while the bathroom and WC are tiled with ceramic tiles. The windows are PVC. The building was constructed by the developer, with the sale of units starting in 2010.

There are two elevators installed in the building. The condition of the premises and the building has been assessed by the appraiser as very good. The building is located in the near-central area of the city, with good access to living infrastructure (nearby shops, service points, and other elements of this infrastructure).

The sale made in bankruptcy proceedings has the effects of enforcement sale. The buyer acquires the property free of encumbrances and is not responsible for the obligations of the bankrupt (art. 313 of the Bankruptcy Law).

After acceptance of the offer, the trustee will conclude a written agreement with the offeror specifying the basic terms of the sales contract and the offeror's obligation to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price to the bankruptcy estate account within the specified deadline.

In the case of simultaneous submission of several offers, the selection of the buyer will be made through an auction held under the conditions determined by the trustee.
