Syndics of Bankruptcy in the bankruptcy proceedings of individuals not conducting business activities announce the sale by private treaty, based on a tender:

Real estate built with a single-family residential building and a utility-garage building, located in Trzcianka, Modrzewiowe Estate 21 on plot no. 663 with an area of 735 m2, in the czarnkowsko-trzcianecki district, Greater Poland Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Trzcianka maintains land and mortgage register KW no. PO1T/0009151/3.

Assessment of the energy characteristics of part of the building

According to the statement of the person authorized to prepare energy performance certificates, the residential building is exempt from its preparation.

The estimated value of the entire property as of the valuation date WRUo: – 329,000.00 PLN (in words: three hundred twenty-nine thousand zlotys 00/100)

The starting price of the property is – 329,000.00 PLN (in words: three hundred twenty-nine thousand zlotys 00/100)

The condition for participating in the tender is to submit a written unconditional offer and pay a deposit.

Offers in Polish must be submitted by August 22, 2025, by 1:00 PM (the date of receipt counts) in a sealed envelope to the address:

"DO NOT OPEN before July 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM – tender".

The offer must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by courier (the date of receipt of the offer at the Syndic Office is decisive)

The syndic reserves the right to conduct an auction among bidders if several offers are submitted, where the prices are equal to at least the minimum price and differ from each other by no more than 5%.

All inquiries regarding the subject and conditions of sale are accepted via email or by phone.

Valuation reports of the property, sales regulations, including conditions for paying the deposit and submitting the offer, are available for inspection at the Syndic Office of Piotr Birula or can be reviewed on the syndic's website – the "Sales Offers - Real Estate Offer - documents to download" tab regarding the property and or after prior telephone agreement on the date from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the office of the syndic Jacek Kieruj.

All costs of concluding the contract are borne by the buyer.

The syndic reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons.
