The finishing standard includes the execution of internal plastering prepared for finishing, poured concrete floors prepared for laying finishing layers, bathrooms prepared for wall coverings with ceramic tiles. The apartments will have water and sewage installations with connections and central heating installations with installed radiators, as well as electrical and telecommunication installations with basic equipment such as sockets and switches.
The finishing of common areas in the buildings will be of a higher standard. It is planned to use quiet elevators, natural stone cladding for staircases and corridors. Warm window and door joinery will also be partially aluminum.
The area around the building will be developed in such a way that part of the property is intended for exclusive use by buyers of ground floor apartments (so-called front gardens), while the remaining parts will be developed as common areas for all residents of the designed development. It is planned to create small architectural devices such as benches and relaxation areas, a playground including devices such as a carousel or swings.
