Entrance and garden doors are from the brand Wikęd. Plastering is gypsum-lime in dry rooms and cement-lime in bathrooms, garage, and boiler room. Sanitary installations throughout the house include underfloor heating, which, like the hot water elements, is made entirely from components from the company kan-therm. The target heating source is a split heat pump Immergas with a large buffer and hot water tank. Additionally, a flue chimney has been built for the possible connection of a second heat source for solid fuel, e.g., 'biomass boiler'. Fencing: all plots will be separated by panel fencing, while at the front there will be an aluminum entrance gate (with actuators - remote-controlled) and a gate with an electric latch. The driveway and the apron around the house will be hardened, while the green area will be leveled and prepared for future lawn. Internal installations include an extensive electrical installation. Ethernet and SAT installations are brought to each room with twisted internet cable and coaxial cable. Wiring for the alarm system, video intercom, and zoned underfloor heating control is also laid out.
