NOTICE The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Wieslaw Mielczarek in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted by the District Court in Poznan - Stare Miasto in Poznan, XI Economic Department for Bankruptcy and Restructuring Matters, dated May 4, 2023 (case file PO1P/GU/1976/2022), announces the sale in the mode of free hand, in the mode of a tender, of the component of the bankruptcy estate in the form of ownership of a property consisting of a single-family residential building and agricultural buildings, consisting of undeveloped plots of agricultural land and meadows and pastures with a total area of 5.4400 ha (the area of the residential building is 110.00 m2) located in Radyczyny 21 (in the municipality of Przykona, in the Turek district, in the Greater Poland Voivodeship), for which the District Court in Turek, V Land Registry Department, keeps the land and mortgage register under number KW KN1T/00007424/6, for a price not lower than 500,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys). General conditions of sale - extract from the Sales Regulations: 1. Offers must be submitted by the deadline of August 8, 2025, by 14:00 in person at the office of the Bankruptcy Trustee - Law Firm and Restructuring Advisors GRENDA in Poznan, 61-729 Poznan, ul. Mlynska 5a/1 or sent by registered mail to the above address of the Trustee's Office. 2. The offer should include, in particular, the exact designation of the offeror and the offered price. 3. The offer, along with the required documents, should be placed in a sealed envelope, which should be placed in a second, larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the Bankruptcy Trustee's Office - Law Firm and Restructuring Advisors GRENDA at the address: 61-729 Poznan, ul. Mlynska 5a/1 along with the case file number PO1P/GUp-s/577/2023 and the note: "DO NOT OPEN - TENDER OFFER in the bankruptcy proceedings of Wieslaw Mielczarek" and contain the exact designation of the offeror. 4. A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 50,000.00 PLN (in words: fifty thousand zlotys 00/100). 5. In the event of more than one offer being received, a supplementary tender will be conducted among the 3 (in words: three) bidders who proposed the highest prices for the object of sale in the Tender, in the form of an oral auction on August 8, 2025, at 14:30 at the Trustee's office in Poznan at ul. Mlynska 5a/1. 6. The trustee reserves the right to withdraw from the sale procedure at any stage without compensation.
