• Description of the sale item: cooperative ownership right to the premises located in Zambrów, gm. Zambrów, zambrowski county, podlaskie voivodeship, ul. Bialostocka 31 lok. 5, with a total area of 43.68 m2, for which the District Court in Zambrów V Division of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register number LM1Z/00028688/9.
• Sale mode: The sale as specified in this announcement will be carried out in a free-hand mode in the form of competitive bidding and oral auction, while taking into account the provisions of bankruptcy law.
• Starting price (minimum): 202,464.75 (in words: two hundred two thousand four hundred sixty-four 75/100), is 75% of the appraisal value according to the appraisal report prepared by a real estate appraiser.
• Sale conditions: Detailed sale conditions, including requirements for bids and the obligation to pay a deposit, are specified in the Sales Regulations. The Regulations and the appraisal report are available at the office of the syndic Rafał Wojszko in Białystok, at Zwycięstwa 8 lok. 201, after prior arrangement of a meeting with the syndic, and in the case files maintained in the IT system KRZ (case number BI1B/GUp-s/273/2024). The Sales Regulations and the appraisal report can be made available by the syndic in email form, after prior telephone contact with the syndic.
• Bid submission deadline: Bids along with the required documents (according to the regulations) must be submitted by July 10, 2025, by 15:00, at the office of the syndic Rafał Wojszko in Białystok, at Zwycięstwa 8 lok. 201. A bid sent by mail is considered submitted on time if it arrives at the syndic's office by July 10, 2025, by 15:00. A bid that arrives after the deadline will not be considered.
