The farm at Brzuchania 85 is located in the area of Gorki Brzuchanskie and has an area of 4.4351 ha, its main part consists of agricultural land, a small part is agricultural-building (plot no. 676/4) on which there is a brick, old building numbered 85 (to be demolished) and many years of fruit trees. (the agricultural-building plot has an area of 45.23 ares, where apart from the agricultural part, there are designated areas marked as: S - orchards with an area of 3.6 ares and B - building area of 5.6 ares)

The entire farm consists of plots with land categories III, IV, and V, which border each other creating an area shaped like a trapezoid (the width of the farm area along the municipal road is about 240m, the width of this area at the base is 237m, the length of the eastern boundary of the area is 178m and the western one is 211m.

The entire area is located on the southwestern slope of the hill (Gorki Brzuchanskie)

The plots are bounded from above by a municipal dirt road, running along the edge of the hill. This road on the eastern side of the farm after about 150m turns into an asphalt road (currently the main access to the farm) and on the western side, access is possible via a technical road of the S7 expressway, which leads to the Bukowska Wola junction and to the village of Brzuchania.

Access to water is along the entire western boundary, i.e.: plots 676/4 and 676/5 (municipal water supply) and in the lower part of all plots (the water supply crosses all plots at a small angle to the level).

Previously, an overhead power line was connected to the building, of which two poles remain without wires. (the last power pole with power is located about 150 m from the boundary of the farm)

The previous owner of the farm made terraces (6 terraces 5-6 meters wide) across the entire width of the lower part of the plots (this part with a greater slope of the land). This allowed obtaining an area of about 2.5 ha with a smaller slope in the upper part of the plots. This part has been used entirely for cultivation for years.

The terraces are overgrown with numerous self-seeded shrubs and trees.

This is a quiet and peaceful area, an ideal place for an ecological farm, horse breeding, agritourism, or a photovoltaic or wind farm.

The new section of the S7 expressway, which bypasses Miechow from the east, runs about 600 m from the western boundary of the farm. The technical road parallel to the expressway allows for faster access to the farm from the junction in Bukowska Wola. The road to the farm via municipal roads takes about 10 minutes (6.5 km from the junction in Wola Bukowska towards Kalina Wielka).

Access from the farm to Krakow takes about 35 - 60 minutes depending on traffic (45 km)

The area of the plots in the land registry is 4.4351 ha and broken down into plots is as follows:

Plot no: 286/1 - 0.7155 ha, plot 286/2 - 0.8952 ha, plot 289/1 - 0.4601 ha, plot 289/2 - 0.6345 ha, plot 676/2 - 0.6959 ha, plot 676/3 - 0.232 ha, plot 676/4 - 0.4523 ha, plot 676/5 - 0.3796 ha.
