Auction - sale of a local real estate - Pila (Greater Poland Voivodeship) Bozena Majewska JG1J/GUp-s/87/2023.

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of the individual Bozena Majewska offers for sale a local property located in Greater Poland Voivodeship, Pila County, at Mlynarska 13a/11, for which the District Court in Pila VI Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains a land and mortgage register under the number PO1I/00029087/9, located on the third floor and attic with a total area of 56.49 m2, consisting of a room with a kitchenette and a wardrobe on the first level and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet on the second level along with an associated room – storage room no. 23 (2.12 m2) and a corresponding share in the common property of 5649/197652.

The sale is organized as part of bankruptcy proceedings conducted in the simplified procedure specified in Article 4911 paragraph 1 of the Bankruptcy Law of February 28, 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 794 as amended). In the framework of the bankruptcy proceedings conducted in the simplified procedure, the syndic independently selects the method of liquidation of the bankruptcy estate, which allows for the satisfaction of the creditors of the bankrupt to the greatest extent possible.

The minimum price for the right of perpetual usufruct is 392,000.00 PLN (in words: three hundred ninety-two thousand zlotys 00/100).

The deadline for submitting offers is August 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with the opening of offers on August 6, 2025, at 3:30 PM.

Written offers should be submitted directly to the Office of the Syndic in Wroclaw (address: Dmowskiego 3/42, 50-203 Wroclaw) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or by mail to the above address (the date of receipt is decisive). The offer should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following note: “Auction - sale of local real estate Bozena Majewska”.
