The syndic of the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Leda Investments RFI Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy based in Warsaw announces the sale of a part of the property located in Jedlina-Zdroj, Wałbrzych district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, covered by land register no. SW1W/00037822/5 in the form of land plot no. 231 with an area of 8.0839 ha, consisting of green areas, pastures, and partially forested areas, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of Sale". The starting price of the Subject of Sale is 1,390,000.00 PLN (in words: one million three hundred ninety thousand zlotys) gross. Interested parties should submit offers by September 2, 2025, to the Notary Office of Julita Borkowska, Jakub Skoczylas s.c., Al. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 53 lok. U1, 02-797 Warsaw. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the offer at the indicated notary office. Offers sent by mail or courier that arrive after the deadline - regardless of the date of dispatch - will not be considered. The offer, along with the required documents, should be placed in two sealed envelopes, one larger (minimum size A4) and one smaller (minimum size C5). The envelopes should be placed "one inside the other" and addressed to the notary office mentioned above. Each envelope must indicate the case number: "VI GUp 5/22", and also clearly state "Offer for the purchase of plot no. 231 - PACKAGE no. 5" and the note "DO NOT OPEN". Additionally, the external and internal envelopes must indicate the bidder's details. The offer should include, among other things, proof of payment of the deposit of 139,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred thirty-nine thousand zlotys) to the bankruptcy estate account "LEDA INVESTMENTS RFI sp. z o.o." with the number: "PL 18 1600 1462 1802 5933 2000 0001" (BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.). The opening of offers will take place on September 4, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the Notary Office of Julita Borkowska, Jakub Skoczylas s.c., Al. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 53 lok. U1, 02-797 Warsaw. The valuation report determining the value of the Subject of Sale will be made available to interested parties in the form of a scan, sent via email or "Dropbox" service upon request directed to the email address of the syndic office: kancelaria(małpa), after the interested party submits a confidentiality statement. A template of the confidentiality statement and detailed Sale Conditions are available for download on the website of the Syndic Office at www.saltarski.com. The report is also available for inspection in the case files pending before the District Court in Wałbrzych, VI Economic Division, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Section under case number VI GUp 5/22. The syndic or their representative will respond to questions and clarify doubts related to the liquidation proceedings concerning the property that is the Subject of Sale exclusively in email form. The sale conducted in bankruptcy proceedings has the effects of an enforcement sale (Article 313 of the Bankruptcy Law). The costs of concluding contracts provided for in the sale conditions are borne entirely by the winning bidder (buyer). The syndic reserves the right, without giving reasons, to refrain from selecting a buyer and to close the sale process (auction) without choosing any of the offers.
