The syndic of the bankruptcy estate in the restructuring proceedings, which is the Multi-Branch Enterprise "ROLMAG" Sp. z o.o. based in Opalenie, ongoing before the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk, Economic Division VI, under case number GD1G/GRs/1/2023, announces that the auction date has been set for the sale of real estate, which is part of the restructuring estate, i.e. land properties located in Gniew, consisting of plots no. 2/1, 3/1 and 4/1 covered by KW GD1T/00006909/9 with an area of 2,284 m2, plots no. 2/12 and 2/13 covered by KW GD1T/00050557/9 with an area of 20,991 m2, plot no. 1/36 covered by KW GD1T/00045546/1 with an area of 409 m2, plot no. 2/9 covered by KW GD1T/00020181/3 with an area of 10 m2 for a total area of 23,694 m2 for a price not lower than 400,000.00 PLN net. The auction will take place at the seat of the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk, at ul. Piekarnicza 10 on August 22, 2025, at 10:00 in Room B68. The auction is conducted by the Organizer under the supervision of the Judge-Commissioner at a public meeting. The condition for participation in the sale is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 40,000.00 PLN to the account maintained at Santander Bank with the number: 14 1090 2620 0000 0001 2360 3433 by August 19, 2025, with the note "deposit". The payment can only be made by transfer from the bidder's bank account. The deposit must be made by the non-extendable deadline of August 19, 2025, with the payment date understood as the date of crediting the Organizer's bank account. A bidder who has not paid the deposit, has paid the deposit after the deadline indicated above, or in an amount lower than required will not be allowed to the auction. The auction regulations and the valuation report of the above-mentioned properties are in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted in the National Register of Debtors under case number GD1G/GRs/1/2023.
