General terms of sale: The subject of sale is the ownership right to undeveloped land property constituting plot no. 27/43 with an area of 7,175 m2 located in the town of Wierzonka, gm. Swarzędz, for which the District Court Poznan - Stare Miasto in Poznan, Department VI of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register no. PO2P/00218858/1 and a share of ½ in the ownership right to undeveloped land property constituting plot no. 27/41 with an area of 1,967 m2, for which the District Court Poznan - Stare Miasto in Poznan, Department VI of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register no. PO2P/00304302/9, for the price most favorable for the bankruptcy estate, amounting to at least 1,238,730.00 PLN net (Starting price). A detailed description of the subject of sale is included in the valuation report prepared by court expert mgr inż. Michał Majchrzycki dated March 4, 2025 (Valuation). Unconditional written offers for the purchase of the subject of sale specifying the offered net price, not lower than the Starting price, must be submitted by September 15, 2025, by 14:00 to the office of the syndic located in Poznan (60-349) at ul. Ostroroga 9/4, in a closed, opaque envelope with the note: "Maria Gawron - offer regarding the sale of assets, case file XI GUp 193/21 - do not open", under the conditions specified in the Regulations for sale by free hand (Regulations) along with all required statements and documents. The syndic of the bankruptcy estate reserves the right to cancel the competition of offers or withdraw from the sale in whole or in part at any time without giving a reason and to return the deposit in the nominal amount within 14 days from the date of the sale decision, cancellation of the competition of offers or withdrawal from the sale.
