Syndic of the Bankruptcy Estate in the bankruptcy proceedings of a natural person not conducting business announces the sale by free hand, based on the tender:

Land property built with a residential and utility building and ruins of a non-residential building, located in Bogatynia, i.e. plot no. 33/6 with an area of 2676 m2. On the plot there is a basement, two-storey residential and utility building with a building area of 298 m2. The property has a land and mortgage register no. JG1Z/00035917/6

The starting price of the property is – 191,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred ninety-one thousand zlotys 00/100)

The condition for participation in the tender is to submit a written unconditional offer and pay a deposit.

Offers must be submitted by October 7, 2025, by 6:00 PM (the date of receipt counts) in a sealed envelope to the address:

The offer should be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt

The syndic reserves the right to conduct an auction among the bidders in the event of several offers being submitted, where the prices are equal to at least the minimum price and differ from each other by no more than 5%, in order to select the offer with the highest price.

All inquiries regarding the subject and conditions of sale are accepted via email or by phone.

The property valuation report, sales regulations, including the conditions for paying the deposit and submitting the offer, are available for inspection at the Syndic's Office in Wroclaw at ul. Semaforowa 23D/2, 52-115 Wroclaw, after prior telephone contact or via email after sending an inquiry to the syndic's address

All costs of concluding the contract are borne by the buyer.

The syndic reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons.
