regarding the sale of property included in the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/128/2025 by open tender.

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate appointed in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/128/2025 announces a written tender for the sale by open tender of the assets of the bankruptcy estate including:

The ownership of the property, which is a residential unit with an area of 56.93 m2, located in Gdansk, ul. Fundamentowa 3/8, for which the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk III Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. GD1G/00075633/5,

for a starting price not lower than the market value assessment, i.e. the amount of 417,800.00 PLN (in words: four hundred seventeen thousand eight hundred zlotys 00/100).

TERMS OF THE TENDER

The detailed terms of the tender are specified in the Tender Regulations, which have been made available for inspection to interested parties at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Tender Regulations, at the request of bidders, are also made available by email by the syndic. A necessary condition for participating in the tender is, among others, a written statement of having read and accepted the terms of the Tender Regulations.

• Offers must be submitted by August 4, 2025 in person at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B or by mail (the date of receipt of correspondence at the syndic's office counts).
• Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner that prevents access to their content.

• The deposit in the amount of 42,000.00 PLN (in words: forty-two thousand zlotys 00/100) is payable by bank transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The deposit must be paid no later than on August 4, 2025 under penalty of rejection of the offer. The date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the deposit to the bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The opening and consideration of offers will take place at a public meeting on August 6, 2025 at 10:30 AM at the syndic's office located in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B.
• The subject of the tender can be viewed, after arranging a visit by phone at 602 281 889 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last day for submitting offers.
