regarding the sale of the ownership rights to the property included

in the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted

under the case number VI GUp 238/18/KT by way of a free hand in the form of a tender

the syndic of the bankruptcy estate established in the bankruptcy proceedings of Dominium spolka z o.o. in bankruptcy, a limited partnership in bankruptcy based in Sopot, conducted under the case number VI GUp 238/18/KT

announces a written tender for the sale by free hand of the property comprising:

the ownership rights to the undeveloped land property, constituting plot 171/17, land registry district 0036 Kielpino Gorne, with an area of 716 m2, located in the village of Kielpino Gorne at ul. Goplany, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Gdansk County, Gdansk Municipality, for which the District Court Gdansk-Pólnoc in Gdansk III Land Registry Department maintains land and mortgage register number KW GD1G/00258204/6, for a starting price not lower than approx. 35% of the market value assessment, i.e. for a price not lower than 56,000.00 PLN (in words: fifty-six thousand zlotys 00/100) plus any applicable VAT.

The sale and acquisition of the property will take place in the condition it is in on the date of sale.

TERMS OF THE TENDER

The detailed terms of the tender are specified in the Tender Regulations, which have been made available for inspection to interested parties at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Tender Regulations, at the request of bidders, are also made available by email by the syndic. A necessary condition for participation in the tender is, among others, a written statement of having read and accepted the terms of the Tender Regulations.

• Bids must be submitted by August 22, 2025 in person at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B or by mail (the date of receipt of correspondence at the syndic's office counts).
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner that prevents access to their content.

• The deposit amounting to 10% of the net starting price is payable by bank transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The deposit must be paid no later than on August 22, 2025 under penalty of rejection of the offer. The date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the deposit in the bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The opening and review of bids will take place at a public meeting on August 26, 2025 at 9:30 AM at the syndic's office located in Wejherowo ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B.
• The subject of the auction can be viewed, after arranging a visit by phone at 602 281 889 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last day for submitting bids.
