NOTICE OF SALE OF SHARES IN REAL ESTATE
The bankruptcy trustee Ewelina Machcinska invites interested parties to purchase in a free sale:
- a 1/9 (one ninth) share in the ownership of a built-up real estate in Skrzypkowo, gm. Obrowo, land registry numbers 125 and 220, for which the District Court in Torun maintains land and mortgage register number TO1T/00018613/9 with a starting price of 10,811.25 PLN;
- a 1/9 (one ninth) share in the ownership of undeveloped real estate located in Skrzypkowo, gm. Obrowo, land registry numbers 111/1 and 124, for which the District Court in Torun maintains land and mortgage register number TO1T/00028281/5 with an estimated value of 6,621.00 PLN;
- a 1/18 (one eighteenth) share in the ownership of built-up real estate located in Skrzypkowo, gm. Obrowo, land registry numbers 127/1 and 225/1, for which the District Court in Torun maintains land and mortgage register number TO1T/00004470/3 with an estimated value of 2,319.75 PLN.

To arrange viewings, interested parties should contact the trustee by email, leaving contact details for the person interested in the viewings.
DEADLINES
Offers for the Sale Object must be submitted by
October 9, 2025, by 3:00 PM at the Trustee's office at ul. Grudziadzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Torun, during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM (subject to the last day of the deadline) on business days or sent by registered mail via a postal operator.
Note! The date of receipt at the Trustee's office is decisive for the rejection of the offer.
The opening and selection of offers will take place on
October 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Trustee's office – Kancelaria Syndyka sp. z o.o. ul. Grudziadzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Torun.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE OFFER
- Identification of the bankruptcy estate component to which the offer pertains;
- precise identification of the offeror: name and surname (company), place of residence (registered office), its organizational and legal form, and in the case of individuals, PESEL, NIP (if applicable), in the case of legal entities also REGON, KRS;
- offered price (including the amount in words) equal to at least the starting price without additional conditions or reservations – stated separately for each component of the bankruptcy estate if the offer pertains to both components of the bankruptcy estate;
- a statement that the Offeror is not among the persons mentioned in point
157a sec. 2 of the Bankruptcy Law;
- signature of the offeror or signatures of persons authorized to represent the Offeror;
- current excerpt (original) of the Offeror from KRS or CEiDG (in the case of entrepreneurs);
- all permits and consents, if required by law due to the buyer's identity, in the case of commercial law companies – a resolution of the relevant bodies, if required under the relevant provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (indicating that the person signing the offer and participating in the auction is authorized to conclude a sales contract for the offered price);
- proof of payment of the deposit;
- a statement whether the offeror is married, and if so, the consent of the spouse to submit the offer and conclude the sales contract, unless a marital property agreement abolishing the joint property system has been concluded or the offeror acquires the component for separate property (in which case a relevant statement is required);
- statements about:
- familiarization with the factual and legal state of the Sale Object, its valuation, and not raising any objections in this regard;
- familiarization with the Sales Regulations, meeting the conditions specified in this regulation, and accepting them;
- commitment to cover all notarial fees and charges related to the conclusion of the sales contract in the form of a notarial deed;
- a statement of acceptance of the method of handing over the property in accordance with the Sales Regulations;
- acceptance of the exclusion of warranty and the right of return;
- acceptance of the method of handing over in accordance with the regulations;
The offer must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked with the name, surname, and address for delivery of the offeror and should contain the note "Purchase offer in the proceedings of Ewelina Machcinska" or another inscription sufficiently identifying the offer. Such an envelope should be addressed in a second envelope to the Trustee –

DEPOSIT
A condition for participation in the free sale is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 1,500.00 PLN (one thousand five hundred zlotys) for one component of the bankruptcy estate. If the offer pertains to two components of the bankruptcy estate, a multiple of this amount must be paid depending on how many components of the bankruptcy estate the offer pertains to.
