The following requirements are established for new construction:
1/the construction must be shaped as a free-standing rural building of a recreational character, which in scale and form should harmonize with the surroundings and landscape and refer to the features of regional architecture.
2/ the height of the building must not exceed one floor with a usable attic and a high gable roof with a slope angle of 30° - 45° covered with tiles or materials imitating them,
3/ the commissioning of the building is conditioned by the land being equipped with a sewage network, with the discharge of sewage through a pressure collector to the existing sewage treatment plant in Jedwabno. The construction of non-drainage tanks for sewage is prohibited.
3. Within the construction referred to in paragraph 2, the following is permitted:
a/ situating outbuildings and other facilities necessary for basic use, such as garages or canopies and porches,
b/ supplementing the building with a residential function and 1 apartment/
4. The condition for the location of the facilities referred to in paragraph 3 is:
a/ adaptation to the character and requirements of basic use,
b/ closing the building in one group that gathers all facilities,
