- in areas 4MW/U, the height of buildings not exceeding 30m and not less than 4 above-ground floors and not more than 9 above-ground floors, while it is required to locate a set of spatial dominants in the form of no more than two buildings or two parts of a building, with a height not exceeding 42m and not more than 13 above-ground floors and with a surface area of one spatial dominant in vertical projection up to 800m².
