4) the building area ratio - maximum 60%;

6) the maximum building intensity ratio - 1.6;
7) building height - maximum 15 m, subject to point 12 and § 13 paragraph 8 point 3;
8) the height of service buildings - maximum 4 above-ground floors, but no more than 14 m;
9) the height of production buildings, warehouse and storage buildings, and multi-storey parking buildings - maximum 12 m;
10) the height of technical infrastructure buildings and shelters - maximum 1 above-ground floor, but no more than 6 m;
11) the height of other buildings referred to in paragraph 2 - maximum 10 m;
12) the height of structures that are free-standing industrial installations or technical devices, including their parts and construction devices - maximum 20 m;
13) roofs must be flat; gable and multi-slope roofs with a slope angle of 16°-30° are permitted;
14) it is required to use tiles or materials (including sheets) imitating tiles for covering gable and multi-slope roofs, in shades of red, brown, or gray.
