The bankruptcy trustee sells a share of 20/100 in the right of perpetual usufruct of the property located in Naklo nad Notecia, consisting of plots no. 2543/32 and 2543/33 with a total area of 0.4610 ha, for which the District Court in Naklo nad Notecia, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department, maintains the land and mortgage register with the number BY1N/00021159/1 (the land and mortgage register number is available on the bankruptcy trustee's website). The estimated value of the share in the right of perpetual usufruct, according to the valuation report prepared in the bankruptcy proceedings by a property appraiser, has been estimated at 36,000.00 PLN net (in words: thirty-six thousand 00/100 PLN). The plots constitute an irregularly shaped area forming a driveway to neighboring plots. The area is unfenced and undeveloped. The property has direct access to a public road. Access to the plot is via an asphalt road. The minimum sale price is 11,880 PLN net (in words: eleven thousand eight hundred eighty 00/100 PLN). A deposit payment of 20% of the minimum price, i.e. 2,376 PLN, must be made to the bankruptcy estate's bank account provided in the announcement and the Regulations available on the trustee's website. The deposit is considered paid if the bankruptcy estate's bank account is credited with the deposit amount no later than September 15, 2025. By submitting an offer, it is understood as submitting a written offer to the address of the Restructuring Advisor Arkadiusz Wisniewski (ul. Dabrowa 62, 85-147 Bydgoszcz), in person or by mail in a sealed envelope, which must be received no later than September 15, 2025, by 15:00. The envelope should contain another sealed envelope containing the offer, with the note on this envelope "OFFER - PROPERTY 2, FILE NO. BY1B/GUp/6/2024, DO NOT OPEN". The written offer must contain at least: a) the first name, last name, or name of the offeror, b) the residential address and any correspondence address, and in the case of an entity that is not a natural person, the correspondence address, c) the contact phone number for the offeror (an email address may also be provided), d) indication of what the offer is for, e) indication of the offered price, f) legible signature of the offeror, g) attachment of proof of deposit payment. The evaluation of submitted offers will take place on September 17, 2025, at 12:30 at the trustee's office located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Dabrowa 62. The trustee will select the offeror offering the highest sale price. The sale of the property has the effects of enforcement sale. The properties are sold in the condition they are in on the day of sale. The buyer does not have the right to warranty. The trustee reserves the right to change the conditions or cancel the sale procedure at any stage without giving a reason. The obligation to conclude the sale agreement within three months from the selection of the offer under the penalty of losing the deposit. The offeror acknowledges that movable items not constituting the subject of sale may remain on the property. The trustee will not be obliged to remove or clear them. The description and valuation of the subject of sale can be reviewed after prior arrangement of the date with the trustee. It is also possible to obtain information via email.
