The subject of the auction is a share of 2/5 of an undivided part of the built-up real estate, marked as plot no. 1525, with an area of 1099m2, located in Pisarzowice at Słodka Street 11.
In the two weeks before the auction, the property can be viewed on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00 and the bailiff's office can be reviewed for the valuation protocol, expert appraisal, land register extract along with a map from the enforcement proceedings.
