Restructuring and Consumer Company Sp. z o.o. ("Syndic"), appointed as the syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Edyta Jendras ("Debtor") - a natural person not conducting business activity, announces a tender for the sale of the ownership rights to the property and a share in 1/2 of the ownership rights to the property located in Zagorze near Strzelecka Street. The main criterion for selecting the bidder is the amount of the offered price. The purpose of the tender is to select a buyer for the subject of sale described below. The subject of sale includes properties in the form of: ownership rights to the property constituting plot no. 2342/66, located in Zagorze, recorded in the inventory list under number: 2.1, for which the District Court in Chrzanow V Land Registry Department maintains land and mortgage register no. KR1C/00060491/8. The starting price is: 91,100.00 PLN (ninety-one thousand one hundred zlotys, 00/100). A share in 1/2 of the ownership rights to the property constituting plot no. 2342/65, located in Zagorze, recorded in the inventory list under number: 2.2, for which the District Court in Chrzanow V Land Registry Department maintains land and mortgage register no. KR1C/00060489/1. The starting price is: 13,800.00 PLN (thirteen thousand eight hundred zlotys, 00/100). The properties are sold together. It is not permissible for the bidder to submit an offer to purchase part of the property or separate offers for the purchase of individual properties (plot no. 2342/66 or a share in plot no. 2342/65). The condition for participating in the tender is to submit an offer in person at the Syndic's office: 32-500 Chrzanow, ul. Grunwaldzka 2a, by post or courier by the deadline of 20.08.2025 at 14:00. In the case of sending the offer by post or courier, the date of receipt at the Syndic's office determines the deadline for submitting the offer. The offer, along with the required documents, should be submitted in a sealed envelope with a clear inscription: "TENDER FOR PROPERTY EDYTA JENDRAS - DO NOT OPEN", addressed to the Syndic's office (32-500 Chrzanow, ul. Grunwaldzka 2a). The condition for participation in the tender is to pay the bidder into the bankruptcy estate account: Restructuring and Consumer Company Sp. z o.o., ul. Grunwaldzka 2A, 32-500 Chrzanow, ING Bank Slaski S.A., no. 88 1050 1445 1000 0090 3222 1070, a deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price of both properties, i.e. the amount of 10,490.00 PLN (ten thousand four hundred ninety zlotys, 00/100), no later than 20.08.2025 (with the note: "deposit for tender KR1S/GUp/30/2022"). The date of receipt of the deposit is considered the day the amount is credited to the bankruptcy estate account. Detailed requirements for the offer and other information regarding the tender are included in the Tender Regulations. Subject to the powers of the appointed Judge, the Syndic has the right to freely choose the offer and also, at any time, to withdraw from the tender or to cancel it in whole or in part without giving a reason, furthermore, the Syndic has the right at any time to invalidate the result of the tender or to withdraw from the selection of the offer without giving a reason. The announcement and the conditions of the tender may be changed or canceled by the Syndic at any stage of the tender without giving a reason. All costs associated with the acquisition of the properties are borne by the buyer. Warranty for legal and physical defects of the subject of sale is excluded.
