ZG1N/000xxxxx/7. The property consists of: ownership right of the plot marked in the land registry no. 45/2 with a total area of 0.3002 ha belonging in a share of 1/2. For the area where the land registry plot no. 45/2 is located, no local spatial development plan has been adopted. No decisions on building conditions and land development have been identified either.
