I am selling a residential plot with an area of 1500 m2 and approximate dimensions of 47m x 32m, constituting plot no. 38/20 in the area of 4-16-22, along with a share in the internal road plot no. 38/7 in the area of 4-16-22 and plot no. 27/3 in the area of 4-16-21. The internal road is hardened with access from ul. Chudoby. The municipal electricity and gas network is available in the road with the possibility of connection to the property. Water supply is possible from a private source (borehole) until the municipal water supply is implemented. Wastewater is disposed of through a sealed septic tank until the municipal sewage system is implemented. The area where the property is located is not covered by the MZPZ regulations.
