Private advertisement from the owner. I am selling my gem. I searched for a property that is ideal in terms of location and interior layout for a long time. The renovation took over two years - I oversaw every detail. I am an architect with many years of experience and projects around the world. Sopot is an inspiration for me and the perfect place to live in Poland. Therefore, I am selling more of my idea of spending time in the country than just four walls. Currently, I rent the apartment sporadically - for advertising needs or very exclusive stays. If someone is thinking of acquiring it as an investment, the ROI may surprise positively. Sopot has the most expensive properties in Poland, and the supply of interesting apartments is practically zero. The price increase and the possibility of renting for over 2000 PLN per day should not be surprising. I respect my and your time, and learned from experience that apartments usually disappoint me. I guarantee that in this case, it will be different. The photos are not edited or taken with a wide-angle lens - the apartment looks better in reality than in the photographs. The interior style I applied is a combination of Hamptons style with the unique atmosphere of Sopot. I will add that the apartment is located in a historic, 100-year-old, well-maintained tenement house. After the war, an important political activist lived here, which resulted in the building being marked with a commemorative plaque. In 2010, a technical examination of the entire tenement was conducted, ending with a very good result. The apartment is located on the second floor. The windows face three sides of the world - the sun travels from the kitchen and dining room, and the sunset can be admired from the bedroom. During the renovation, all installations, windows, doors were replaced, and the floors and ceilings were soundproofed. The apartment even has its own power connection to prevent increased power consumption from burdening the installation in the tenement. I used light, muted colors, natural materials, wooden floors, and subtle, maritime accents. Large windows let in plenty of light. Spacious two bedrooms provide comfortable rest, and in the morning, the singing of birds from the park - which is just outside the window - wakes you up. The elegant dining room for 12 people is the heart of the home, and the cozy living room with a huge, foldable sofa and television invites relaxation for up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen inspires culinary experiments while allowing you to admire the greenery of the park and tourists heading to the Forest Opera. The private wellness area - with a hydromassage bathtub, sauna, and private gym - allows for daily luxury. In case of another lockdown, it also allows for exercising in the comfort of home. There is even space for a small painting studio. The location of this property is a true asset. A few minutes' walk separates us from the main attractions of Sopot: the Pier, the Forest Opera, and Lysia Gora with a ski lift - all within a 10-minute walk. The train station is 5 minutes away, and the famous Monte Cassino is just 2 minutes on foot. Right under the house, there is a private parking space with a remote-controlled gate. I leave every accessory in the apartment - I do not intend to "force" fit its elements to my next projects. Besides practical advantages, the apartment has that something that every beauty-sensitive person feels upon crossing the threshold. That something makes you not want to look further. Currently, I live and work between Portugal and Asia - that is the only reason for the sale. I thank agencies for their cooperation. Please call only if you have a determined client. Best regards, Jakub
