For sale one of the most beautiful plots with a waterfront on lake number 3 in Spalona. The width of the plot is 15 meters, and the length is about 32-34 meters. The Kunice Municipality has initiated a change to the Local Spatial Development Plan (from 2003 with a designation for aggregate mines) for purposes consistent with the Study, thus for residential and recreational development. However, as of today, there is no consent for development due to the existing flood risk from the Kaczawa River. The flood risk occurs in a large part of the village of Spalona, including at the water reservoirs due to the proximity of the Kaczawa River and the occurring floods. The last flood occurred in September 2024 and part of the village was flooded, including part of the plots adjacent to the water reservoirs and a single-family housing estate on Mlynska Street.
