Rules for the protection of cultural heritage: not established.
Rules for the protection of natural environment:
- biologically active areas should constitute at least 30% of the plot area.
The plot from the side (from the side of ul. Szczesliwa) is located in the north-west direction.
The plot consists of soils of three classes:
- ||| b, 1612 m2
- |V a, 409 m2
- |V, 162 m2
