It is really quiet and charming here. We can reach the beach in Brzezno in a 20-minute walk, it will take us 15 minutes on foot to get to the Baltic Gallery or the Gdansk-Wrzeszcz PKP/SKM/PKM station. Even closer is the Amber Expo Exhibition Center and the Amber Stadium. Very close (a few minutes on foot) is the atmospheric Wajdeloty street, where we find plenty of wonderful pubs and restaurants. To the Faculty of Pharmacy - we have 3 minutes on foot, to the University of Gdansk or Gdansk Medical University - a few minutes by tram. We suggest walking to the Gdansk University of Technology - it will take about 10-15 minutes. We have direct public transport connections to the Main City, Zaspa, Przymorze, Brzezno, Oliwa, New Port, Stogi, Przerobka, Chelm, and neighborhoods in the south of the city. This part of the city simply offers a high quality of life for people of all ages, and daily life and mobility are exceptionally pleasant.
The apartment has no debts, sections III and IV of the Land and Mortgage Register have no entries. The premises have never been in debt due to operating costs or renovation fund. Monthly fees are fixed, regardless of the season, and amount to 730 PLN (which includes central heating fees + water advances + renovation fund).
