1. The bankruptcy trustee invites offers for the purchase of an asset of the bankruptcy estate in the form of: - Ownership of land property consisting of plots no. 72/7 area 175 m2 and 72/9 area 129 m2, located in Jaromierz, Człuchów municipality, along with ownership of land property consisting of plot number 74/4 area 5031 m2; KW SL1Z/00037400/6; SL1Z/00013700/5, - Ownership of land property consisting of plot no. 74/3 area 9318 m2 located in Jaromierz, Człuchów municipality, KW SL1Z/00013700/5, - Ownership of land property consisting of plot no. 74/5 area 10627 m2 located in Jaromierz, Człuchów municipality, KW SL1Z/00013700/5, i.e. a set of properties in the form of plots no. 72/7, 72/9, 74/4, 74/3, 74/5 2. The starting price is set at the amount of 1,172,012.10 PLN (in words: one million one hundred seventy-two thousand twelve zlotys 10/100). 3. The property valuation report is available for inspection at the office of the trustee Grant Finance Sp. z o.o. at: ul. M. Reja 13/15 local 1002, 81-874 Sopot. The report can also be made available electronically after contacting the trustee. 4. Interested parties should submit offers by the deadline of September 9, 2025, to the address of the trustee's office: Grant Finance Sp. z o.o., ul. M. The deposit will be forfeited to the bankruptcy estate in case the bidder withdraws from signing the notarial sale agreement within the time and place designated by the trustee or if the aforementioned agreement is not signed due to the fault of the bidder. 8. The offer should include the exact designation of the bidder along with the phone number and email address, designation of the property, and the offered purchase price. 9. In the event that more than one offer is received, the trustee may conduct an auction to select the buyer. 10. The full price minus the paid deposit must be credited to the bankruptcy estate account before the sale agreement is concluded. 11. The trustee reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the sale without giving a reason even after selecting an offer. 12. The sale of the property has the effects of an enforcement sale. 13. The bankrupt or the trustee are not responsible to the buyer for defects or shortcomings of the sold properties. 14. The buyer does not have the right to return the purchased properties. 15. All costs, taxes, and fees related to the acquisition of the property are borne entirely by the buyer.
